Instructions to arrange new policies will only be binding on us if we have already given you a formal quotation (by letter, phone, fax, E-mail or in person), and then only if we are advised that any conditions attaching to that quotation have been met.

We will attempt to fulfil e-mail instructions from clients to alter existing policies, but you should not assume that all such instructions can be carried out, nor that they can be carried out in a particular time scale.
